Use of the Platform
HookedFishing is a platform for sharing fishing reports and discovering fishing conditions. You agree to use the platform lawfully and to submit only accurate, good-faith reports. You must be 13 or older to create an account.
User Content
You retain ownership of reports you submit. By submitting a report you grant HookedFishing a license to display, distribute, and archive that report on the platform. Do not submit content that is false, defamatory, or violates others’ rights.
Guide Listings
Guides listed on HookedFishing are independent contractors. HookedFishing facilitates the connection between anglers and guides but is not party to any guide service agreement. All bookings and payments are between the angler and guide directly.
Safety Disclaimer
River conditions change rapidly and can be dangerous. Always verify conditions before entering the water. Fish within your abilities. HookedFishing is not liable for decisions made based on platform data. Wear a life jacket.
Changes
